Hemp Seed Butter

This recipe is very easy to make and is great for those with food sensitivities to nuts and other seeds but don’t want to miss out on the joy of nut butter. I personally made this recipe frequently while I was completing a gut protocol, and I found it to really satisfy my appetite for something a little more indulgent.

Ingredients

2 cups hemp seeds, I used Hemp Foods Australia

1 tbs coconut oil, melted

Pinch celtic sea salt

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor. Blend until you get to a smooth nut-buttery consistency.

Serving suggestions: Serve as you would any other nut butter, I like having this one particularly with fruit.
